Bio

Warren W. Wood (BS, MS, and Ph.D., MSU) Formally John Hannah Professor of Integrated Studies and Christensen Fellow at St. Catherines College Oxford University currently Visiting Professor of Geosciences at Michigan State University; Adjunct Professor, King Fahd University, Saudi Arabia; and Scientist Emeritus with the U. S. Geological Survey. During 40 years with the USGS, Wood served as Project Chief, hydrodynamic dispersion, Assistant Chief, radioactive waste, Geochemist, for the High Plains artificial recharge project, and a Hydrogeologist for the Michigan District. From 1978 -1981 he was Associate Professor at Texas Tech University. His research interests have been largely in the geochemistry and hydrogeology of arid areas.
