Jeffrey Klomp

The Klomp lab is interested in understanding the mechanisms of gene regulation in cancer.  A major emphasis is the programming controlled by the kinase ERK in KRAS mutant pancreatic, lung, and colorectal cancers that drives oncogenicity and resistance to therapies.  The lab utilizes computational biology tools, preclinical models, patient data, and public data integration to address important hypotheses.
