### Research Interests The noninvasive functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technique provides a neuroimaging tool for systems level neuroscience research, and my current human brain-related fMRI research focuses on: (1) the development of novel fMRI methods and (2) their clinical applications with an emphasis on the investigation of the neurological bases of visual stress in migraine patients, visually triggered migraine attacks, migraine prophylaxis with precision spectral filters, and the evaluation and prediction of effectiveness of migraine prophylaxis using fMRI as a marker.
