(Department of Obstetrics Gynecology and Reproductive), Gu Lab builds and generate genetically modified mouse models to study embryonic development and genetic disease.  Our interest include 1) understanding mammalian development by live imaging, and 2) study the mechanisms and developing therapeutic strategies for genetically defined fertility defects and diseases.
