I'm accomplished in major organizational website overhauls, from UI/UX, design implementation and accessibility, to content management and information architecture, with a proven record of getting the job done.

In my line of work I get to connect with digital content creators from all backgrounds. For me, it’s all about customer service and helping those people meet their digital needs and goals, while expanding my knowledge and learning from them along the way. I have a knack for being able to explain technical things to non-technical people.
