Interdisciplinary biomedical educator with teaching experience in the Colleges of Human Medicine, Natural Science, Education, Communication Arts & Sciences, and Engineering since 1999. Sustained record of teaching and curriculum development with an educational philosophy of cognitive empathy and practical knowledge of diverse student learning methods such as Problem Based Learning, Case Based Learning, Team Based Learning, Directed Independent Study, Integrative Biomedical/Histology Lab, Human Cadaver Lab, and Lecture-Online hybrid. Leader and team member of numerous content development and curriculum development groups at department, college, and university level.  

Experience teaching across entire post-secondary learner development continuum including: non-major undergraduates, major undergraduates, graduate-professional students, graduate students, medical residents and medical fellows. Ongoing commitment and experience in educating, mentoring, and advancing students from underserved populations into health professions.
