Bio

I work at the interface of condensed matter physics and quantum information science, and am particularly interested in non-equilibrium quantum systems. My research focuses on how quantum mechanics gives rise to surprising collective phenomena at macroscopic scales, and on finding ways to harness these effects in new technological applications, such as quantum computers, or quantum sensors.

Broadly, my work focuses on the areas of
* Quantum sensing
* Topology in quantum dynamics
* Quantum chaos, ergocity, and localization
* Simulation of quantum many body systems
