- Prepare and maintain shipping documents. 
- Process/prepare packages and materials for shipment, including materials classified as hazardous,  
- Order all stock cylinders and track cylinder sales. 
- Receive all special-order cylinders, including cylinders classified as hazardous that must be stored in ventilated hood cabinets. 
- Track all incoming packages and notify end user 
- Receive lab equipment and deliver to appropriate labs for set up (Freezers,
Refrigerators, NMR Equipment, Ovens, and Centrifuges) 
- Document all computers received including Serial Number, Model Number and Room Number 
- Nitrogen Filling Station – maintenance, repair, and Fill floor tanks. 
- Fill NMR tank Monday through Thursday and Xray weekly 
- Order and maintain supplies for lecture halls - erasers, chalk, chalkboard cleaning supplies 
- Track outgoing laundry for cleaning by bar codes 
- Fill ethanol 4 liter bottles from 55 gallon drum 
- Maintain loading dock, waste oil, recycling/pickup request, fluorescent tube disposal, equipment maintenance (ex: pallet lift).
